According to the latest regulations in the industry our users are allowed to publish only the content supported by the full set of documents which includes: IDs of all performers, models releases with consent for shooting, distribution, download and 2257 form.

At the moment all the pictures without documents were removed from the public view and set to ‘Waiting for moderation’ status therefore you can no longer view your Favorite galleries. Now all users have time to become verified creators, provide all the documents and restore the content back to public view.

We are constantly working on making xHamster a safe and pleasant experience by protecting the rights of content owners and preventing the distribution of potentially prohibited content.

Yeah, got this one too, but I guess they missed an important part: "We are constantly working on making xHamster a safe and pleasant experience for our wallets and turning it into a fckin cash cow. We don't give a shit about the rights of content owners and prevent them from posting their own stuff or just delete it without notice. Believe us, we do everything to fuck our users the best we can and work hard to make this site the most shitty experience ever."

i believe that they are referring to the ``industry'' as in the same way that Made Men in the Mafia refer to being in the `life'' , with the same moral code & feral ways as those bretheren !!!!

Since when did the "industry" ever regulate itself? Was there a conference call with all the "industry" big-wigs in attendance? Do they get together every quarter like a corporate board to hash out all the ills of "the industry"? I have no doubt that the people who operate in "the industry" are scared shitless of civil litigation & criminal charges to boot...

Das geht nicht bei historischen Fotos, es sei denn sie sind wirklich alt (vergleichsweise wie bei Wikipedia), wodurch das Urheberrecht erloschen ist. Aber warum werden Videos und Fotos verschieden behandelt?
